Building A Community

I’ve been thinking a lot about community and conversation lately. Social media feels increasingly fractured, and while this blog is just getting started, it probably won't have the same real-time energy as a good chat. So, I finally did what I probably should have done ages ago—I set up a public Discord server.
It’s meant to be a small, focused community—a space to talk about the things I’m building, from LittleLink to TabCloser, and anything else in the works. It's important to remember these projects aren't my full-time job, so updates and changes only happen when I find a little extra time throughout the nights, weeks, or months. But it’ll be a place to:
- Chat about projects: Ask questions, share ideas, and discuss improvements.
- Get real-time updates: Be the first to know about new releases, changes, and upcoming features.
- Follow open-source progress: Thanks to GitHub → Discord webhooks, you’ll see live notifications when things happen—new commits, issues, releases, and more.
- Keeping the vibe going: Whether it’s tech, design, or just general geekery, this is a space to hang out and share.
This might be just another Discord server with channels no one uses—but, the goal is to keep things simple, useful, and fun. If you’re interested in real-time discussions, project updates, and being part of a small community of people who care about board games, fun projects, and design, come join me there.
